COMMON MAN COACHING

Is YOUR Path filled with Roadblocks, and FEAR of the Unknown!

Admittedly that is what delayed my success and ultimately caused me years of asking “WHY?”

I will meet you exactly where you are in your journey.  You will finally get someone that believes in you, and will provide an authenticity in mentoring that you would expect.  That may lead to a different path then expected, but it still comes with support and a reality that work and mindset deliver results.

If you’re Tired of asking, “why me?”

Personal SUCCESS happens when:

DESIRE is uncovered, a plan is DEVELOPED, and you are DEDICATED.

PREPARATION + PRACTICE = EXCELLENCE!

Training your self to be Comfortable while being Uncomfortable is a Mastery Skill everyone can use. You want to get that job, close that sale, impress your boss this is your Secret Weapon!

Interviewing Role-Plays

It is important to find someone you can trust that will give you Authentic and Honest Feedback!

You need someone with expertise in communication, influence, and persuasion.

DEVELOP that RELATIONSHIP with the Common Man today!

Business professionals tend to be rote, meaning we are habitual in our repetition of daily tasks and activities and often we get complacent or lazy. The successful pro’s in their industries make a commitment towards working their craft and always improving.

They accept coaching, strategy sessions, and most of all have a strong desire to not be outworked. Now, that doesn’t mean it is everyone, some people have natural talent and abilities. They can make it with or without training, extra desire, and focus. I wish I was that person!

However, imagine taking that talent, adding passion and focus, that is where Hall Of Fame individuals come from. Truly a rarified air! So let us look past those individuals, as they are not whom who should compare ourselves to. Sure we can identify and reach for those stars but we are common people, we are driven and hard working. We are wired to be the best that we can, and have the work ethic that will allow us to thrive. We just need a little push, guidance and prep!

I love sports analogies, just because they are appropriate in many business principles. Take a look at the right side of this web page. That is a little snippet of what coaches and players go through on a weekly basis to hone their craft and excel on Sundays! You will notice a specific plan, a focus and attention to detail that they plan to utilize to succeed at their tasks on Sunday. Each week the details may change, the information will be different, but the pattern for success and work will be consistent. They are pro’s for a reason, and this is a large part of their success and their ability to be driven.

Ask yourself what your week looks like? What is driving you? How are you reaching or even setting your goals for the day/week/month? Often times, this is the place that needs to be taken care of first. Develop that path, addition the rationale of why it is important, and then drive yourself with passion!

Stress Management

Interviews can be stressful, and role-playing helps you manage anxiety and nervousness. By repeatedly exposing yourself to simulated interview situations, you learn to stay composed under pressure.

Confidence Building

Practicing in a safe and supportive environment helps you build confidence. When you are more accustomed to answering questions and articulating thoughts, you are better equipped to handle the stress of a real interview.

Effective Storytelling

Interviews often involve sharing experiences and achievements. Role-playing enables you to refine your storytelling abilities, ensuring that you can articulate accomplishments and qualifications clearly and persuasively. Often times this is a key separator when everything is equal.

Too many times we call ourselves professionals, but we don't necessarily train like professionals. We expect larger incomes, more raises, huge opportunities to come our way. In reality most individuals do not do the work necessary to earn those outcomes. I love sports analogies as they are appropriate in almost any industry. Lets take a quick glimpse of an NFL athletes preparation. And this is where you have to be honest with yourself...

Do you have the time?
Can you provide the Effort?
Do you have Emotional Stamina to see things through?
Are you committed to Yourself and Your Success?

Its easy to say "YES", but can you DELIVER!
